2. Day 2

   Ningxia Grape & Wine Expo

   Festival day — arrive early to avoid the lunchtime crowd. Insider tip: Book a private vineyard visit to Helan Qingxue or Silver Heights on the day before the expo opens — producers are more relaxed before the crowds arrive and will often open library vintages not shown at the main event.

3. Day 3

   Wine country day in Ningxia

   Use the third day for a single winery visit (booked ahead) and a long lunch at one of the regional addresses below before heading home.
