While Cono Sur is well known as a commercial brand, its Casablanca Valley estate operations — particularly the organic farming programme and the 20 Barrels and Ocio limited releases — represent some of Chile's most serious Pinot Noir work. The winery pioneered cycling tours through the vineyards and the cellar door is one of the valley's best organised for visitors, with farm-to-table dining.
