About
Paris Sigalas is the pioneer who elevated Santorini's Assyrtiko from a local curiosity to one of the Mediterranean's most exciting white grapes. His vineyards of ancient, ungrafted vines trained in basket shapes (kouloura) to survive the Aegean winds produce wines of electric acidity, volcanic minerality, and sheer intensity.
