One of the Yarra Valley's pioneering estates, Seville Estate was established in 1970 by Dr Peter McMahon and is now run by winemaker Dylan McMahon, his grandson. The small, elevated site produces some of the Upper Yarra's most precise Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a restraint and tension that echo great Burgundy. The tasting room is intimate and the production tiny — most wine is sold direct.
